Patio Dining Sets

As some of the previous posts indicated, a patio dining set is probably one of the best first patio furniture set purchases that you can make. We will now talk about some of the options that you can choose from when buying your next patio dining set.

The first order of business is to determine how many people you want to accommodate at the dining table. You can go with small and intimate with a bistro set for 2 people or seat 12 or more if you go with an extra large set (or two sets that you can combine together). The most common number of chairs is 4, 6 or 8. You may want to get a set that has unique end table chairs that are distinct from the side table chairs. You also need to pay attention to the size of the area that you plan on putting your dining set. A great idea is to place a patio dining set in an outdoor gazebo, but you need room to walk around the furniture.

The next step is to determine that material that you want to use. Choices range from high end material such as teak, to low end plastic of hollow aluminum tubes. Another good choice is wrought iron with a glass table top.
